S&S Hardware develops custom hardware scheduling software.
1985
S&S Hardware gains access to major hardware manufacturers, relocates to El Segundo, CA, and secures its first large-scale hospitality project, Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey.

Everett and son Ronald start S&S Hardware in their garage after 28 years in the industry, later opening their first brick-and-mortar location in Culver City, CA.
